This year, Super Bowl XLV is on home turf in North Texas. The Children’s Advocacy Center for Denton County is hosting a charity raffle to help you get there. Raffle tickets are $50 for one ticket or $100 for three, and the winner will receive a VIP Experience Package worth $8,400.

One winner will be selected. The drawing will be held at 7 p.m. Jan. 6, 2011 at Walt Garrison’s Restaurant in Flower Mound. The winner does not have to be present to win and if the winner is not at the announcement event he/she will be contacted by phone/email/mail.

This VIP Package includes: two Super Bowl XLV game tickets valued at $900 each; two passes to the three-hour VIP Area pregame with full menu and open bar; four-night stay at the Gaylord Texan Resort in Grapevine from Feb. 3-7; preferred parking pass; two $50 merchandise coupons; two game programs; and access to the express security entrance.

All proceeds will benefit the Children’s Advocacy Center for Denton County, whose mission is to provide justice and healing for abused children through interagency collaboration.

General Motors donated 70 tickets for the Super Bowl 2011

General Motors is donating 70 tickets for the game on February 6, 2011 at Dallas Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, Texas.

General Motors as GM's donated 70 NFL Super Bowl XL tickets to United Way, after shown bankruptcy last year. This is there try to get closer towards his customers. General Motors is a US based carmaker who always try to show their support in charities in every single occassion. They donated the tickets just to support youth health and wellness initiatives, as per the statement given by the company.

These tickets are divided into two packeges and includes two game tickets, four-night stay at an NFL-sanctioned hotel.

As per Craig Bierley, Director of Buick GMC Advertising and Sales Promotion that "GMC is excited about teaming up with the United Way to send 70 lucky NFL fans to the biggest event in professional sports".


They also said in statement that this auction is expected to raise $250,000, with all proceeds directed directed towards the United Way Hometown Huddle to support kids "get active and healthy".
